Complimentary delivery, Easy returns
Raïâ offers complimentary delivery for US orders over $555. Delivery for orders under $555 is $22 within the US, and $44 for outside of the US.
Return your purchase within 30 days less a restocking fee if your product meets our Terms and Conditions.

Raïâ stands by it’s items, which is why Raïâ offers lifetime repairs (limit – one instance per item per year, and the customer must pay for shipping fees), and the option for gold plating touch-ups (up to once per item).

SEMI-CUSTOM CREATIONS
For that special occasion, we can be commissioned to make customized designs leveraging our designs and working with you to select your desired stones. The fee for custom creations ranges from an additional $555 – $11,111 per item, paid at the time of commissioning the design process. Custom items may not be returned.
We stand by our creations
Sterling silver tarnishes faster than stainless steel, but we choose to only design with the best and most pure materials, never compromising quality for profit. That's why we offer the option to re-plate your jewelry with 18k gold once per item for up to 10 years after the purchase. We also offer free repairs on items for up to 5 years after purchase.

returns & exchanges
We offer returns within 30 days for a $88 restocking fee per item. We offer exchanges within 30 days for a $33 restocking fee per item. The buyer must pay for return shipping in both cases. The package must be returned to us within the 30 days for the return or exchange to be valid.

We offer gift wrapping for an additional $22 per item. Our creations are the perfect gift for that special day, or that just-because moment.
